Utah does not have its own state prevailing wage requirements. Any public works projects that receive federal government funding will be subject to prevailing wage and labor compliance requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act.

The Utah Labor Commission’s Antidiscrimination and Labor Division’s (UALD) Wage Claim Unit manages the process from investigation to the adjudication of all wage claims in the state of Utah.
